Name: Douglas Ian Mackintosh CommentsIn answer to query from Cary on 9/27/2003. Lady Margeret Mackintosh's History of the Clan on page 64 lists Lachlan 'Beg' d 1524 married Jean Gordon of Lochinver. Lachlan was 14th Chief of Mackintosh and 15th of Chattan. He was the second son of Lachlan "Badenoch" who was brother of Duncan 12th Chief of Mackintosh and and 11th of Chattan. There are more details of Lachlan and Jean on pages 14/15.
